Password, SSO, and session troubleshooting

Login issues usually come down to one of three causes.

1. Reset password

Login screen → Forgot password? → enter your signup email. If nothing arrives within 5 minutes, check the spam folder.

2. SSO/SAML failure

If your workspace uses enterprise SSO, the most likely cause is an IdP-side change. The workspace Owner or Admin should check Settings → Auth → SSO that the metadata URL still resolves.

3. Expired session

After long inactivity sessions expire. Sign in again and you're back.

If problems persist, contact your workspace Owner or email support.
