Invite members and assign roles
How to add teammates and configure permissions

CollabOps permissions follow a workspace → project hierarchy.
Inviting members
- Left sidebar Members → top right Invite
- Enter email addresses (comma-separated for multiple)
- Pick a role — Owner / Admin / Member / Viewer
- Click Send — the invite link is dispatched automatically
What each role can do
- Owner: billing, deletion, everything
- Admin: member management, project create/delete
- Member: project work, build execution
- Viewer: read-only
Per-project overrides
You can narrow permissions further per project. Project settings → Members tab.
