Invite members and assign roles

How to add teammates and configure permissions

CollabOps permissions follow a workspace → project hierarchy.

Inviting members

  1. Left sidebar Members → top right Invite
  2. Enter email addresses (comma-separated for multiple)
  3. Pick a role — Owner / Admin / Member / Viewer
  4. Click Send — the invite link is dispatched automatically

What each role can do

  • Owner: billing, deletion, everything
  • Admin: member management, project create/delete
  • Member: project work, build execution
  • Viewer: read-only

Per-project overrides

You can narrow permissions further per project. Project settings → Members tab.
